Not veterinary advice

PupCurve gives general information, and its calculators, forecasts, alerts and AI coach are estimates. They are not a diagnosis or a substitute for a veterinarian. Never delay or skip veterinary care because of something you read here. In an emergency, go to the nearest emergency veterinary clinic.

Your account

Keep your password safe and give us accurate information. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16.

Plans and payments

  • The free plan is limited to one puppy and five weigh-ins per puppy, plus a monthly AI allowance.
  • Pro is billed monthly or yearly and renews until you cancel. Cancel in Settings and it runs to the end of the paid period.
  • The Litter Pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks litter mode for 12 weeks from purchase. It doesn't renew.
  • Payments are handled by Polar as merchant of record. Prices may change for new purchases, and we'll give notice before a change affects an existing subscription.
  • If something isn't right, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll sort it out in good faith. Refunds for the Litter Pass are for cases where litter mode didn't work as described.

AI features

AI replies can be wrong. Don't rely on them for medical decisions. Monthly message limits apply and are shown in the app. Don't put other people's personal information into the coach.

Your content

You own what you enter. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service. If you turn on a share link, you're choosing to make that page public.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no scraping at scale, no attempts to break or overload it, no unlawful content, and no reselling access.

Content and data

The site design, text and software are ours. Our growth curves are our analysis of data published under CC BY 4.0 by Salt et al. (2017); credit is given on the methods page.

Availability and liability

We work to keep PupCurve running but provide it as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Contact: [email protected].
