Privacy policy

Last updated 31 October 2026

This policy explains what PupCurve (pupcurve.com) collects and what we do with it. We try to collect as little as we need.

The calculators

The free calculators run in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to our servers or stored.

Your account

When you create an account we store your name, email address and a hashed password (or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google). We store what you add: puppy and litter profiles, weigh-ins, health notes, reminders settings and the messages you send to the AI coach.

What we use it for

  • To run the tracker: show your puppies, charts, forecasts and schedules.
  • To send emails you ask for, such as password resets and reminders, when email delivery is enabled.
  • To process payments, and to keep the service secure and working.

Who else sees it

  • OpenAI receives your AI coach messages along with the puppy details needed to answer (name, breed, age, weights). We use it only to produce the response.
  • Polar processes payments as merchant of record. We don't see your card number.
  • Cloudflare sits in front of the site to deliver pages and block abuse, so it handles requests including IP addresses.
  • Our servers are in a data centre operated by our hosting provider.
  • Pages you make public with a share link can be seen by anyone with the link. You can switch sharing off at any time.
  • Google Analytics (Google Analytics 4) counts visits and which pages are used, so we can improve the site. It sets cookies and sends your IP address and device information to Google.
  • Google AdSense shows ads on our public pages (the calculators, guides and pricing), not inside the signed-in app or at checkout. Google and its ad partners may use cookies to show and measure ads, including personalised ads where the law allows. You can manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.

We don't sell your data. Your puppy data is never shared with advertisers.

Cookies

We use one essential session cookie to keep you signed in. On public pages, Google Analytics and Google AdSense set their own cookies for measurement and advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and the calculators and signed-in app work without them.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is open. You can export a puppy's data as CSV or PDF, and delete your account in Settings, which removes your profile, puppies, weigh-ins and messages. Backups clear within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Email us and we'll help.

Children

PupCurve is not for children under 16.

Changes and contact
