Pro and the Litter Pass can be used together. Prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record and handles sales tax and VAT.
Pricing questions
What do I get for free?
All six calculators with no account, and a free account with one puppy, five saved weigh-ins, the growth chart and three AI coach messages a month.
What is the Litter Pass?
A $19 one-time purchase for people with a litter on the way or on the ground. It unlocks litter mode for 12 weeks: daily weigh-ins for every pup with a weight-loss warning in the first two weeks, collar colours, whelping countdown and checklists, buyer go-home PDFs and a share link per pup. Buy another if a second litter comes along and the time stacks.
Can I cancel Pro any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings and Pro runs to the end of the period you've paid for. Your puppies and weigh-ins stay, and you drop back to the free limits.
What happens to my data if I go back to free?
Nothing is deleted. You can see everything. You just can't add beyond the free limits until you upgrade again.
How does the AI coach count messages?
Each question to the coach, and each growth report, care plan or litter summary you generate, counts as one. Free accounts get 3 a month and paid accounts get 300. You can see what's left in the app.
How do I pay, and is it safe?
Checkout opens in a panel on the right and is run by Polar, our payment provider and merchant of record. Your card details go to Polar and never touch PupCurve's servers. Polar also handles sales tax and VAT.
What if I'm charged by mistake?
Email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll sort it out in good faith, as our terms say. Pro can also be cancelled from Settings at any time.
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes, a free one, so your plan and puppies stay together. Pick a plan and we'll take you through sign-up first if you're not signed in.
Is the AI a vet?
No. It uses your puppy's data to give general guidance, and it tells you to see a vet for anything that looks like an emergency.
